I visited again on 11 Sep 2014.  There was a lot of progress but was very unhappy about the condition of the apartment.  After having reviewed with Mr. Sudhakar, he had promised to look into the list I had given him  will be reviewing again during December this year to check the progress and other interior works.

Status as of my last visit on 14 March 2014- BT Siena

The apartment were 90% complete, and were provided an option to get the keys on 14th April.  Still more work needs to be done, and the common areas are about 50% completed.
